This Catio is excellent for the small space I have. It is made for 2 cats, but I have 4 and they all fit perfectly in it. My cats are just happy to get fresh air, so most of the time they are just in AH. I have a very small yard space, so I had to get something that wouldn't take up the whole space, and this fits perfectly. I have also put at litter box in it, so that everything is taken care of.

This item is sold through 3rd party. They have poor communication. I was expecting this item to arrive sooner however it was delayed several days. I requested a refund and the seller tried bargaining for me to resale with a $100 refund.

- 1 out of 5 stars review02/12/2024The item arrived damaged. Contacted customer service about it and was offered a measly 15% refund to pay for repairs. Communicated that wasn't acceptable because the item was damaged prior to being packed into the box. Then they offered a 60% refund and asked for a picture of the box to see if reporting the shipping carrier would be necessary. I emailed back that the box was fully intact and that the item was damaged by the order fulfillment center and that 60% wasn't acceptable, that I would need a full refund for the item damaged by the seller. Finally got an agreement for a full refund. Long story short, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Don't settle for the first refund offer. You pay for a product and you expect it to be intact 100%....Damaged

But to our surprised they did. I would work with this company again. I would recommend buying from this company too.Janet

- 5 out of 5 stars review11/11/2023I really like the chicken coop but the ad in the DX Fair Mall app is misleading on the picture because it looks like it’s bigger than what it really is. It’s kind of really small to me ideas not big enough for six chickens maybe be enough for one maybe two at full grown, because right now I have three little chicks in it and it works for them because they’re small but now I have to build a bigger chicken coop because this one I thought was bigger than what it really is but other than that for the money I guess it is OK and I recommend if you only have one or two chickens, maybe for that as a shelter, but building a bigger pin around it.Jennifer
