Return to a Local Store
Review the DX Fair Mall Standard Return Policy for details related to your return.
Use the instructions below to submit a return online to be returned in-store for a refund.
- Log in to your account
- Click on your intitials in the upper-right corner
- Select Account
- Your return can be initiated in more than one way
- Find the item you wish to return and select Start a Return OR select See Details and Return or Replace, select the item(s) to be returned
- Only items that are eligible for return within the Return Policy will have the option to return
- Find the item you wish to return and select Start a Return OR select See Details and Return or Replace, select the item(s) to be returned
- Choose the reason for return
- Select Return, then Continue
- Select Return to Store (if the item is eligible to return in-store, the option displays, if not, it must be returned by mail)
- Select Continue
- Click Finish
- Select Print Barcode to print the Store Returns Receipt
- Take the item you wish to return to the Customer Service desk along with original packing materials and accessories. If available, bring the receipt that came with the original purchase. More information about returning in-store.
You can now return items purchased through dxfairmall.com and some in-store purchases using Mobile Express Returns! Submit a Mobile Express Return using the DX Fair Mall app.
