Just ok.
This is an alright router. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, but I still had to call Comcast to get it setup. I think that was because of Comcast and not the router. The router has a strong connection about 80% of the time. The other times is kind of struggles.

    Beware using on Xfinity
    This specific model of Arris Surfboard is starting to not work on Xfinity. I had to have them in to troubleshoot and learned that this was the 3rd one of this model to stop working in 3 days. I don't know if the problem is with the brand or just this model, but I'm going with a different brand just in case. If you're not on Xfinity, it worked great.

    Easy does it.

    Very fast highly recommended, I get over 50 mpbs I pay for 50 , with that speed it downloads my iPhone back up in 4 mins , it backs up my computer in 20 mins, this one has WiFi built in so it's perfect

    The app made setup so simple
    It was so easy to set up because their app on my iPhone walked me through it. It will save us rental fees so in a couple months its paid for itself. Service seems to be better/faster than the rented equipment too.
