Great product
I got the Acer to replace a Dell laptop that I loved. Picture and performance are excellent and I can use it as a tablet. Screen is very responsive and battery is good for casual use.

only last less then 3hrs on full charge
I bought this on black friday 2020 for my 3rd grader for his remote learning. It looks good and was able to handle my kids Google classroom. As for battery life I opened it a week later and charged it to 100%. It tells me it'll last 5hrs on full charge. 15 min later it's 83% and it says it'll last me 3hrs. It don't last a whole day as it described in the descriptions.

    Seems decent, but has a fatal flaw
    Pros: -Good processor and graphics (for an integrated card) -2 in 1 works well, included pen is convenient Cons: -Touchpad randomly clicks by itself (observed on 2 different units) -On the heavier side for a convertable The touchpad issue was a dealbreaker. It would happen multiple times a day, suddenly clicking by itself. Random clicks like that could be potentially dangerous, so we got a replacement unit which also had a defect, so it seems like an issue with the model itself. In which case, I'd urge you to look elsewhere, as even at $599 (what I paid for this), such a fundamental issue can't justify this decent package.

    Pleasantly Surprised!
    I had been looking for a laptop for months when I came across this one. I had heard of Acer but didn't know much about their computers. This laptop is everything and more for personal and small business use. It's sleek and much lighter than my old laptop which makes the portability of it easier. I've only had it a few days but right now I am extremely pleased.

    Awesome item! Incredible performance
    The performance of this laptop is incredible. The only issue I have is the resolution and this could be because I am also using a MacBook Pro which has a higher resolution.

    Happy 2-1 user here
    I really have no complaints, especially when you consider the price point. I was comparing this to a 13" similar model, different brand, that costs over twice as much. They are within 5% performance and the quality is the same. I love the build in rechargeable pen, I wish they would all do that! I can do basic tasks and even a few more demanding one, and games that do work, work great. It can charge over the USB-C as well which is nice in case you have a charger failure or port gets damaged.

    I've been waiting for this 2020 Acer Spin 3 to be available for purchase. I was finally able to purchase one and it was definitely worth waiting for. I'm super happy!
