After receiving it I was very pleased. It had zero scratches, zero holes, nothing on the screen or the laptop itself. Started right up after being plugged in. Came with a case, mouse, and headphones. Would definitely recommend

I get it is refurbished its going to have scratches but it was bubbled wrapped put in a bag when shipped to me... the charger was broken...and there was a whole on the screen... i was so disappointed when i recieved it.. this is a certified refurbished laptop i dont think so

    It's not a grade A, as advertised. It has visible damage, not just minor scuffs or scratches and runs okay at best. FaceTime

    Works just as good!!
    Works just fine just like a new Mac. Obviously it's refurbished so there's going to be scratches or dents. This one had 3 big dents, but I put a cover on it and nobody knows!

    MacBook at affordable price
    got this, its older mac but well worth the price i paid. Always wanted a mac computer but never wanted pay price of owning one so imagine my surprise when i saw the price never went wrong and I'm happy i have one
