    Don't buy
    The tech support does not answer calls and I can't use my computer nor do they answer emails. Apple can't help because it's on who knows what software.

    Some features are not working but overall it's a nice little laptop for certain things. Disappointed that the sound doesn't work on certain websites. It also will not allow me to use the iMessage always says failed to send.

    Not recommended
    This item is in horrible condition. Description mentions normal wear from usage. 2 of the 4 corners are bent and smashed. There are huge dents in the bottom of the computer. There is a dent into the keyboard. I would rather spend my $300 else where. Not worth the price for the condition it's in.

    This product was as described! Arrived on time and worked straight out of the box with no issues. As far as dints and bangs, you have to look so close to even tell it's not brand new. I'm soooo glad I made this purchase! My favorite part was how I had tracking information from processing to every single point my computer was located at anytime, even down to the city the truck was going through. Well done Wal-Mart!
