Beat all to crap.
I only gave it one star because I didn't have to option to give it none. Mine was listed as having a scuff on it, when we got it it had been dropped on all four corners. In addition to the corners being smashed the hinge was loose and the hinge trim was busted on both ends. It was also missing several screws from the bottom. There was a small scuff on the top, but I was expecting that. Don't know if it even ran, as soon as we opened the box and saw the external damage, we boxed it back up and started a return. It was defiantly not the one in the picture.

    Does not charge with power cord. Cord shows on but it does not keep the charge.

    The computer shuts down whenever it desires. There is an issue with the operating system or the drivers that their refurbishing company, Doubledex, did not fix before saying the refurbishing was good. Now I've lost more than $800 in costs. They will not accept it back because it's been over 30 days.

    Great computer
    I love the computer. The only complaint I have is the screen falls backwards after you push it back too far. I'd like to be able to adjust it back a little more.

    Great Laptop amazing price
    The laptop is quite amazing and I say this because of the price and the kind of laptop it is ... They are just so expensive and with us going into Quarantine one day to the other and school being taught online also one day to the other we really needed one ASAP and Whoohoo the laptop was at great price looks amazing and is working very nice just what my girl needed
