Disappointed in the Refurbished MacBooks
I bought two MacBooks for my grandchildren for school. Both of them we were able to start up the computer but the next day just a black screen. My grandchildren want MacBooks but we had to send those back. I also understand that they are refurbished but they should work properly. What can we do to get ones that work properly?
