Laptop screen will not remain up- shame on the dea
the screen is unstable and will not stand up! Any reputable dealer would have ensured the product worked before shipping it.

    I Got a two warranty just in case
    I love it there's a couple of scratches but it's nice and like brand new works well no glitches so far and it's been about a year now I fix it up with all types of cases

    you sold me a piece of junk
    you sold me this refurbished laptop, that barely works for over $500. I bought this back in October as a birthday gift for my daughter, whos birthday is today. (Dec 2), I'm very disappointed

    It's an efficient laptop but not for what I need it for, this is a later version and it won't even let you download Microsoft because the version is outdated.

    Didnt power on and was very old generation to boot
    Didnt even turn on them when took it to store to return we have to wait two weeks for our money to be returned to card ! Thats just great when its a present ! Was bad snuff it wouldnt even power on . KH cayucos Ca.
