Great Decision
This item meets all expectations. I highly recommend. We purchased the gold one for our daughter who is beginning college soon. Within minutes she had everything setup and linked with her iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch. It's well worth the money for Apple users!

Supposed to be brand new sent me a used item!
Came with no original packaging just a charger in the laptop don't know if it's refurbished or not I was on the impression that this was brand-new not happy at all paid full price for a brand-new laptop comes with you know a charger and a laptop no original box have no idea if it's broken or if it even works anything it's literally just a box with the laptop and a charger in it that's it I'm trying to contact the company they keep dodged me and it won't reply to my emails not happy at all with Haley on recommend this company nobody shop here they are they obviously aren't honestly listed as being brand new but it's clearly not

    Great looking laptop, but terrible glitching
    The laptop is supposed yo be brand new but there are obvious glitches and it tells you that the product is NOT in new condition. As if someone used it for a while and then sent it back. I couldn't return mine to the store or return it to the manufacturer because the return window expired, which is really frustrating because now I'm stuck with it and since i paid through Affirm, I'm stuck with paying for a terrible item. Bad company. Don't waste the money. I think I'll just sell it after paying it off. And get at least a good sum of my money back. Very unsatisfied.

    Laptop is great!
    This laptop is great! Way quicker than the past MacBooks, and it doesn't heat up as much, it already comes with the macOS Big Sur downloaded so you don't need to do that. Also its completely silent, no fan, no noise. It's not really for big things but more for everyday use, like school, work and stuff in general. Other than that this laptop is amazing!
