A Beautiful Product!
I haven't had any problems with it. Took a little while to get used to the new flatter keyboard, and one of the things I'm not ecstatic about is that it does make quite a bit of noise when typing. It also has an amazing battery life.

Don't buy it
I didn't even wanna give it one star it looks nothing like the picture. I got a silver one not black what's in the picture is not what you get. I didn't get the wireless mouse they gave me an HP mouse for an apple and it's not even wireless

    Don't buy it

    Don't purchase this laptop
    Horrible laptop, if you have to purchase from somewhere else do it. I would have I had this laptop for 2 months, its stopped working won't even power on. I've had refurbished electronics before, and didn't have issues. I contacted the seller and they won't repair it or refund. they claim its Only had a 30 day warranty.

    Slow to load
    Purchase item as a Christmas gift for 13 year old son, but I will be returning it. It takes a long time to load. The purpose of the laptop was to do schoolwork like research papers or reports, but I can see where frustration will sink in because of how long it takes to load anything you click on.

    Would not recommend
    Computer was a 2012 addition and moved really slow as such. Computer also kept popping up with a question mark and when I looked it up it said that the hard drive was bad. When I emailed the owner I got no response. I returned the computer less than 24 hours after I got it but I still haven't heard anything back and I'm still wating on my refund. They get an A for effort, but I would not recommend.

    Definitely recommend this product!
    This is the best laptop I ever had in my life hands down. The MacBook is better than any laptop I had its easy to use its super fast and you can really customized it to your liking. Plus you can text and do face time from it which is cool!

    I got a laptop that was not reset and still connected to the Connecticut school district. I cant get into the computer at all . Im upset honestly I start school soon

    Not usable and totally disappointed
    I new the computer was used which was fine. The computer came with minor scratches. The issue and the reason why I gave it one star is because the computer is 100% unusable. It's asking for a password as it was used by someone from Cincinnati public school. Also, I tried factory reset myself to no avail.
