Good Deal
I read some other reviews and most were excellent as far as the performance of this laptop. There were some reviews that were low due to cosmetic defects. The MacBook we received looked great and works great. I have no problems recommending to others

Not happy with the vendor
When I bought the product I was under the impression that it was in good condition when the product arrived the cover of the product had a lot of dents when I went to return the product I made several attempts never did the bender get a hold of me I had to go through Walmart so that they are able to assist me finally I get a response from the vendor now The vendors telling me that they can do the refund but they are going to charge me 20% I am not satisfied with the outcome as far as I'm concern as a consumer I will never be doing business with this vendor I am very disappointed that they don't believe in customer service

    I got my Macbook Pro 13 mid 12 and im not sure if i want to keep this laptop because it looks pretty bad. Im going to try and get a case but if that dosent work then ill be returning it for sure. Its my 1st time buying anything refurbished or used for apple but the system seems slow. The computer has a noise that I can’t seem to figure out but i thinks it’s coming from the CD. Ill be giving the company a call soon.

    I purchased a MacBook from this seller and it crashed just days after receiving it. I purchased the computer on the 17th of November. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. I have reached out to the seller numerous times but have not gotten a response yet. I am very DISPLEASED with this!!!

    Ok but not in great shape
    This item was OK but overall I was disappointed. It was pretty scratched up, the charger was dirty and sticky, the laptop was an older version than I expected and it came locked with an admin password that wasn't provided. I normally buy used laptops from Apple and thought I'd give this a go but I definitely won't buy from here again.

    Used it out of the box!
    What an easy laptop to use and fast. I am not a tech person at all, actually a mom that likes to cook and garden. My iPad is always being used by the kids so I wanted something I could watch videos of recipes or to look up and shop online. Once I open the laptop it turns right on and ready to be used. This is a great laptop for my needs at a great price. The cover had some scratches but my lovely 3 year old daughter scratched my desktop new monitor out of the box a year ago" so after surviving that these scratches are nothing!"

    Refurbished or used?
    The macbook arrived quickly and is working fine. There are scratches on its cover and the AC adapter is really scratches and appear to be heavily and roughly used. It works fine, though. The CD makes strange noises when the computer starts. I have tried to find out what is the difference between a used an a refurbished computer. It looks like the one I bought is a used to heavily used computer that was lightly tested or repaired by a technician.

    2012 MacBook Pro
    I ordered this item and was extremely nervous about getting it because there were some pretty bad reviews. I received it in the mail on August 10th, 2016 I believe (2012 MacBook Pro) & it was perfect. There were no scratches or tears anywhere. The only thing that I was a little bummed about was the year, I didn't know it was 2012 til after I bought it but it works great and I expected it to be a few years old by the price but overall I am extremely satisfied with the product and the price. Based on the reviews it's kind of a hit or miss with this product so buy at your own risk but I had an overall great experience.

    Worst Product I've Purchased Though Walmart
    The laptop is advertised as "Refurbished" when in reality, you receive a old beat-up computer. the one I received had too many defects to be counted as "refurbished"; I can understand when you decide to buy "used", those are some of the things you expect, but a refurbished product should not look that bad. I have purchased many refurbished electronics (TVs, cell phones, etc) and never received any product in such a poor state. Walmart should not let these types of vendors sell second-hand products on its website advertised as "refurbished"
