Great purchase
To find this freezer and at this price during a pandemic was a blessing! I've only had it a week but it's perfect and holds a lot of food. It's quite, shipping was super fast and set up was simple. It does have the 3 prong plug . I needed an extension cord because of my outlets not being close enough. Idk maybe someone else is wondering.

Read reviews before purchasing, wish I had.
Not only was it damaged, just as other reviews stated, it was clearly damaged at the warehouse before shipment. There was no bottom of the box, it was duck taped at the bottom to the styrofoam. Now I have to wait for a return pickup, shipment, processing and then further processing to go purchase one somewhere else.. when I NEEDED the freezer TODAY.

    damaged item
    i dint know who packages and ships these items but this is the second deep freezer i had to deal with being damaged (all in one week). the first one was returned because the lid was all busted,now this one (second freezer) has a huge deep dent on the side deep enough that you can feel it on the inside and all scratched up so anyone wanting to purchase these kinds of items online beware there may be severe damages .

    Damanged and dented, no damage to packing
    Poor quality control... despite zero packaging damage the freezer has a large dent on side. still seems to function ok, and internals seem ok... but disappointing... lucky it is just for garage use, otherwise would be returning it. Would be 1 star if non functional.

    Very dissatisfied customer!!
    My freezer arrived with two big dents in it. Customer service would not adjust the price but instead they wanted us to return it. That is such a hassle to try to repack a big freezer! Especially if you are elderly like my husband and myself. My advice to you, do not purchase!! Very disappointed with Walmart

    It came with a dent where you lift the door then it's another dent/hole at the bottom the box wasn't damaged so they put it in there like I would have returned it but I can't lift it by myself coming downstairs so I'm making lemonade outta lemons other the cosmetic it's decent

    I Just Recieved My 5 cu ft. freezer and it was well wrapped with styform so it was NOT damaged.! The Fedex Driver Was Kind and Very Professional He Place it on the inside for Me Because I am an Elderly Lady. I Immediately unwrapped It and plugged it into my safety Plug? its quite, Its Just The Right Size For My Small Apartment. Now Im going to The Store to fill it Up.!! I am Happy I Made This Purchase.

    i recieved my freezer and the box was left on the front porch with no notification. Probably because it was clear that it had been punctured with a forklift blade. the freezer inside had also been damaged pictured. i called walmart and my only option was a return not exchange at my cost for shipping. Not an option... i see Walmarts customer service is still great. i need the freezer.. Glad I paid full price for something damaged...

    Needed a freezer, it was on sale so *BING* I bought it. Shipped fast, arrived when it said it would be here. FedEx was cool, bought it in the house for me no prob. It arrived damaged though with 3 dents in it as pictured. Plugged it in, it works so yeah. Would give 5 stars if not for the damage but hey, got a freezer.

    I was worried about ordering this because of all the reviews stating the shipment caused the freezer to be damaged in transit. I'm happy to say I received mine with no damage. It was packaged with styrofoam all around it in a box. No dents or scratches. Just turned the freezer on so I'll see how that goes. But so far, so good.

    Great product, not so great delivery.
    The product is a nice smaller size for apartments and is easily moved around, as expected. It came in a pretty bulky box, which made it difficult to get up the stairs. If the freezer had been delivered to my door, as I requested, it would have been a better experience.

    Good freezer bad power light
    Its a convenient size for freezer overflow. Chills down quickly. It's hard to tell if it's working as the power indicator light doesn't work on it which is inconvenient in a garage setting where you like to just be reassured by looking at it that your food was good.
