I'm totally happy.
I prefer a linux os and this computer accepted the zorin os without a blink. I was up and running in minutes after erasing the microsoft 10 version and installing linux zorin.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/11/2018Seems more like a used laptop than a refurbishedThis does not look like a Manufacturer Refurbished laptop... usually Manufacturer Refurbished laptops look new. The wear and tear of the case and keyboard are considerable, it makes it look like it's just a plain 'ol used laptop. Also, the hard drive was NOT a clean install, it had a previous "User" account configured on it - it did not run through the normal setup processes at all when I powered it up. It just looks like someone created a "User" admin account with no password and then deleted all the other accounts - this is not a fresh OEM install of Windows 10 Pro. The brown box contained nothing but the laptop and power supply wrapped in bubble wrap - definitely not Dell packaging. No warranty contact info or warranty instructions provided. I got it working, and after a couple days of fiddling it is now fully operational, but I don't have a good feeling about this. I'm concerned that the 1 year warranty that was advertised in the photo doesn't actually exist - there's certainly nothing in the box that says it does. There is a plus: It came with a full install of Microsoft Office 2007 - that's a nice unexpected bonus, at least. That bumped it from 2 stars to 3.obiwan103
