Easy to maneuver
I love my vacuum. I have two cats so I vacume my entire apartment every day. This vacume is light weight and has great suction so it makes it easy. I have reduced the amount of dust/pet hair in my house. It's easy to maintain and empty the dust bin. Also we bought the stand and it's perfect to hold a the attachments and keeps the vacume always fully charged. Love love love.

Fancy product, bad service
When I first got this vacuum, I was very happy about it. It is easy to handle and light weight. However, after I used it for five months, problems seemed started. Finally, it stopped working over a month ago. I contacted the support and first they promised to send a replacement part. Then they promised to send me a replacement machine instead after I described the problems. After that, that was it. No reply after I sent my follow up requests five times. That is it. No more Dyson. It is the first time and last time I will buy Dyson. I promise.

    Love my Dyson
    Great suction, easy to empty. Only draw back was it is pretty deep on the wall mount and I had a hard time finding the right place to mount it.

    Love my Dyson
    This vacuum is the “work horse” of stick vacs. Great battery life which will clean 2,000 sf easily! Love the fact that it adjusts automatically between carpet, rugs and hardwoods. Emptying the canister is simple. It is a large canister and heavier than some stick vacs so if you need light weight, go with the V8. The floor stand is well worth the money, especially if you are not in a permanent home. My favorite accessory is the small motorized head which knocks out carpeted stairs with ease!

    Great vacuum especially if you have dogs. 1 issue
    The sealed rubber grommet at the top of the wand stick is coming dislodged, torn and makes it difficult for the wand to snap in the vacuum. This is strictly a frustration problem with no remedy offered to correct. Do I buy a new wand, go without the seal or is there a new grommet to install? See photo

    The best ever Dyson V11 Outsize Origin
    I made this recent Dyson investment, and I could not be any more pleased. It is so liberating to walk around hands-free without the concern of how far the cord will extend etc. It is significantly more time and energy efficient and it allows me to reach every corner of our home. This is a win-win.

    I've had this vacuum for about a month and I just love it. It's light enough to vacuum my 3 bedroom apartment with tiring my arm. It was easy to install on the wall and the battery life is good for my apartment. And...it's cute

    Even my teenage son wants to vacuum with it!
    I got this a little over a month ago and it is so much better than the V8! The battery lasts so much longer! I can vacuum my whole house on one charge! It cleans my carpets so well! I have an area rug that gets cat hair all over it and this vacuum just cleans it right up! I love that it has the little clip to hold a couple of attachments. I have stopped using my corded vacuum and just been using this one! It's been great!

    Not what I expected
    I've had this vaccuum for a few months now and mostly I'm just irritated that I spent so much money and the performance is much less than my lesser priced vaccuum I had before. The attachments literally don't pick up anything. I put it on boost and it still barely picks up anything. Its impossible to use on the couch it just shoots all the crumbs everywhere. On my hardwood and carpets, it shoots stuff out the sides and barely picks ups more than dust without getting clogged. Not sure what the hype and expense is for. I use this everyday because I have a dog and a bunch of little kids. I need something that does the job the first time. The good things are convenience and battery life.
