The best small appliance that you can have.
Great item,I love it,it was easy to set up and start using it,it works great ,I use it every day and it keeps my rugs clean and looking good ,the best part is that I don't have to do it ,save me a lot of work and time ,just use the app in your phone and send it to clean and he puts it self away when it is done cleaning and the sale price I got was great,at any price it is a good value for your money.

    Don't buy it
It doesn't work properly, it doesn't match with the instructions. I put the room I wanted to be cleaned only cleaned for 2 min and stopped and some room was 1 min.

    Stuck on you
This vacuum is more than a hassle than anything. It will get stuck on ANY rug in your home! I would not recommend this vacuum.

    Doesn't does a good job
Doesn't work as expected. It doesn't climb shag rug or even clean the shag rug when you keep it on top of the rug as well. Talked to customer support but doesn't help. They say multiple reasons like the anti drop sensor does thinks it's going to fall apart so it doesn't climb up to shag rug and says about the color of the rug. My rug is grey color and they say color of the rug is the problem. Seems to be funny reasons. I do have Shark robot vaccum which does perfect job all places but I choose an additional robot vaccum as this because I needed dry wet vaccum for cleaning wooden floors with some rugs on top of the floor. This vaccum doesn't do the work it has to without any manual interventions. My opinion is that they have to improve their ability to climb shag rugs and clean when doing dry vacuuming.

great robo vac, self empty feature a must
great price, great 3rd party seller-very fast shipping. this is not the best robo vac on the market for sire but probably the best for this price point (i paid 250). the app in my opinion is excellent. great mapping. can combine or split rooms that were automatically recognized by the app. you can also set virtual barriers where you dont want the Deebot to go for whatever reasons. the lidar/object avoidance is not that great, and sometimes the vac woll get stuck on stuff so best to make sure to remove small objects and cords and flimsy floor mats from the space. clutter, boxes etc is fine, the vac will work around those. if this is your first robo vac purchase, buy this model. you'll love it, the convenience, and wonder why you waited so long. like i did unfortunately, worried that

    Fun to Watch
We got this and so far we like it a lot. It is having trouble mapping our house though ... as while we have a lot of space, it is also cluttered with cats and kids. Today, the cats trapped it twice with cat toys. Check the beater bar and tubing regularly for blockage. It wasn't picking up, and I found it was caked with long strands of hair, a piece of glass, tons of new cheap carpet fuzz, plastic candy wrappers, and twist ties. Once I got the flow going again .. it ran much better. We've tried the mopping thing. It does OK. But maybe we still haven't figured it out. You do have to install the map pad. Do we love it? We aren't yet sure, it doesn't fit under any of our furniture, gets trapped on wires and chair legs, and can get lost if you walk in front of it. But our floor walkways are cleaner. It does return to the base on its own, though our space is less than required, but it is the most open spot in the house. We are unpacking from a move and decluttering, so hopefully we will find a better place for it soon. Overall, we are happy enough with it, but a little concerned about how often we will need to rebuy bags for it.

Not Happy with performance of this machine.
First time bought robot vacuum cleaner. it was fun watching machine working for me. however device was not charging at full and was not giving full run with 100% charge. Vacuum clean for about 30 min and get back to charging station. Device made scratches on my hardwood floor even if I inspected for any foreign substances sticking to wheel but nothing on it.

    Worth its weight in gold
We have a 1350sf area with no carpets and the 3rd time it cleaned everything in 1 charge clean as a whistle. (it says takes a few charges to get optimum output) Mopping worked better than expected. Love that if the dirt cup gets full it takes itself home to dump and goes back to where it was and restarts. The 1st 2 times it went back to charge for 3 hours as the house was dirtier then resumed. We have an older Ecovac N79S that uses the same filters which we still had a few. It has not got stuck were the N79S did and does a better job cleaning and this is an unbelievable price for what it does. My Husband is in charge of all things regarding the robot. (Finally) It is easier to keep the house clean. After the Superbowl it was easy to send it to the kitchen to clean all the grass and crumbs. We dont have need of the more powerful Pro, this one is good enough. Also seems like we got the upgraded dirt bin where in other reviews it showed pet hair was not completely being evacuated and stuck in 2 holes. Ours has 1 long hole.

Vacuum part great, mop part ok
The vacuuming part works great but the mopping lacks for sure. You can still see my dog paw prints on my LVP flooring after moping. Had I known the mopping wasn't great for my house, I would have saved my money and bought just the vacuum one. Still happy enough with my purchase.
