Hey all! I just wanted to drop a comment to say that originally I was an upset customer as I was having difficulty with my Reflect 50 Touchscreen and had reached out to customer service to find out that they had minimal support for my device (they are a growing company so please please be patient with them). Within 24 hours of reaching out via other avenues (FB messenger/FB comments) I was ecstatic to see the overwhelming amount of support and feedback I was receiving from the Echelon Support Staff. Each one of them took the time to return an e-mail/fb comment and made sure my needs were and continue to be met. John with the app development team has been phenomenal and I couldnt be more pleased with the customer support care I receive along with such a great product. I am a stay at home, full time working mother of 3 kiddos, and I often do not get out of the house so I use my mirror at least 2-3 times/day and I love it! It has changed my life immensely and I am so glad I purchased this mirror! I even hired a personal trainer prior to knowing the Echelon Reflect existed and have found that many of their workouts are just as intense if not more intense than hers and I love it! I 100% recommend buying this product! You will not regret it and you don't have to worry about the hassle of going to gym! Win Win!

So far I am disappointed in the class selection and the music with each workout is awful. I'm regretting purchasing it.

    I really enjoy it, the On Demand classes allow me the flexibility to train when I can and they are really motivational. I even went ahead and purchased the echelon bike and have lost about 31 lbs in two months. I'm hooked.

    I have been using the Reflect for over 7 months now and I really enjoy it. Having access to multiple types and lengths of workouts is great! Also new workouts are added each week!

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Reflect and I use it almost every day! I used to hate working out and purchased a NordicTrack s22i bike which I never use :-P but there is something different about the Reflect that really motivates me to get off my butt! The live classes are a lot of fun to do. At first, I told myself that I would never try the live classes but I am really glad that I did. You can almost feel the energy like you would if you were actually in class together. I also love the on-demand Barre classes with Mari! She is an excellent and very motivating trainer. If you are like me and never found the motivation to go to the gym, do yourself a favor and give the Reflect a chance!
