I purchased this computer when it was $350 March 17th 2021 and Now IT WILL NOT EVEN TURN ON so I contacted Walmart which set me up with the company who sold it and this is there response Sales Order Id: 3432184817970 Item: HP EliteDesk 800G1 Desktop Computer PC, 3.20 GHz Intel i5 Quad Core Gen 4, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 2TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) SATA Hard Drive, Windows 10 Home 64bit Hello, I am very sorry about this issue and would be very happy to try and troubleshoot this with you if possible. However, this is out of warranty period as it was ordered on 2021-03-13 11:47:57. So any sort of return or replacement would be impossible at this time. Please reach out to your extended warranty company. Thanks. TROUBLESHOOTING DID NOT WORK SO IM OUT A COMPUTER AND $350 WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

    The computer works, but I feel swindled
    What is NOT mentioned is that this computer is 12 years old! And is NOT upgradeable to Windows 11!!..Windows 10 will only be supported up to October 14, 2025

    Good but could have been better
    Shipped fast. But needed to download a couple of programs it was missing to play games. And the keyboard was so wore out it had numerous letters and numbers Wore off of it . Do you think they would've inspected that. But other than those two issues it seems to be a good deal so far

    Open the machine
    This was bought for my son. I decided to upgrade the ram for his birthday when I learn there are only 2 slots instead of the four advertised. I was then told because I didn't open the computer when it arrived that this was my fault and they could not help me. Now if I upgrade his ram again I have to buy two new larger cards. I'm very disappointed not only that the item was not as described, but with the customer service.

    Great computer refurb - You can't go wrong.
    You would never know that the computer was a refurb. Within twenty minutes I was up and running. The computer was professionally shipped, well packaged to prevent damage. I would use Discount Computer to purchase my next computer when the time comes. Totally satisfied.

    Bought this PC thinking it was a brand new PC, turns out when it was shipped to me everything looked USED! Turns out it's a refurbished PC! The Mouse don't even work .

    Cheap
    My only complaint is not with the CPU, but rather the cheap wire mouse and keyboard. Why even provide these items? Drop the price consistent with the cost of these 2 add-ons. Seriously? Who still uses wired when you can buy wireless so cheaply? BTW, the monitor and CPU are fantastic!

    The computer is great. Only complaint is some of the usb ports dont work in back of pc and the monitors stand was really stiff and cracked slightly from shipping i think. But its all set up and working great.
