LOVE!
Aside from the negative reviews, this is a POSITIVE one! I was nervous about getting it delivered considering I had read that someone of the pieces were either missing or damaged upon arrival. Everything was in the box, half put together, so I was eager to finish it. All materials were accounted for and the ride is better than I had imagined. I LOVE IT!

Hunk o junk!
Purchased and had delivered. Box was a little damaged but nothing concerning. When I opened the box the bike was half assembled ( rear tire and fender attached to frame). There was a big section of paint missing on the back rack, kind of like it was rubbed off while wet. My worry started when the petals were wedged between the spokes. Nothing seemed bent but when I got everything out of the box the fender rubbed horribly on the back tire. I figured after everything was together it could be adjusted. My next big concern was when the front tire didn’t slide into notches on the frame easily as if something was out of alignment. Got everything together, could BARELY adjust fenders to not rub on tired. Pumped tires, and tried to spin the wheel, it looked totally warped! Both front and back tires scrub. Pictures do not really Someone said a bike shop may be able to adjust but I think I’m just going to take it back. Sadly had to give my daughter a broken bike for her birthday

    Someone told me, ~"The FRAME looks ~SPOT WELDED!"~
    Sooo the 3 stars are for the bike just loooking like a beautiful bike. I was putting this bike together the rest of the way, and began looking at the joints. Every and I mean EVERY JOINT on this thing has some type of bubble like stuff around it. It doesnt look smoothly welded, it doesnt look seamless. I had someone look at it and they said, - THE FRAME IS BAD!!! It looks like it was spot welded and painted and that if I hit a bad bump it might just pop loose and fall to the ground. I tried looking at other Nel Losso aka "Luxury" bikes on the apps(Walmart, YouTube %26 other stores) and none looked like that. W H A T H A P P E N E D!!! SERIOUSLY WAL-MART what happened?!! I was getting this bike early to ride in the CicLAvia but now I could be hospitalized if I ride it. Im going to have someone bring me to Wal-Mart so that I can do an in-person exchange or do an in-person refund. Can I ever order something from you, Wal-Mart, and it looks like the picture, not used or fake? You can have someone bring a good new bike the same TYPE as I have and THEN take this one away. Oh, the tires, the basket and the pedals look good but I cant ride them on their own. The seat is questionable with the staples underneath on the unfinished seat cover. Pictures

    Can't just return its so ridiculous!
    Took 2 weeks to get here not bad except it came damaged and so it took several emails and phone calls to Walmart bc in the description of details of where the bike came from there weren't enough numbers in the phone number and they don't answer emails so several hours on the phone! Just to find out you can't just return and exchange it has to go through the return process and wait again!

    Poorly made bike
    Such a beautiful bike but it was very poorly made. The front fender doesn't fit. The bike frame itself is not aligned properly causing the front tire to not be aligned. Mine had dents in the back fender and the tire seems to be popping out of the rim. Very disappointed in this product.

    Queen's Bicycle Race plays in the distance...
    I present to you my valiant steed, Sunnie Mae! I travel to and from work three days a week on my bike (10 miles one direction) and have yet to encounter any problems with the ride. On my route I go from sidewalk to road to dirt and this beach cruiser handles it all. The handle bars are raised for a comfortable riding position. The seat is wide, which I definitely prefer. The basket and cup/phone/key holder come with the bike.

    HORRIBLE PACKAGING - DAMAGED BIKE
    I hope to come back to increase this rating, but not holding out much hope. The product arrived quickly. However, the box was left on the porch with a very large chunk of the box missing and someone tried to "repair it" by slapping one piece of clear shipping tape over the gaping hole! Surprisingly all pieces remained in the box, but the front wheel is severely warped and requires a call to Huffy to try to get a replacement part. Searching their website, the bike's model number doesn't event exist, so I'm not expecting much. Very frustrated that FedEx left a package in this condition but even more frustrated that items weren't better protected within the box. Maybe if the parts were protectively wrapped and the packaging included sturdy protection inside, the parts wouldn't be damaged. Fingers crossed it's not an incredibly difficult process to get a replacement tire.

    This bike has been a problem since the day I received it. I had it shipped to my house, and assembled it. To start off with the stem for the handlebars was put on backwards. Apparently the bike is junk. The handlebars won't stay tightened where I have them set. The seat continuously loosens up and twists when I'm turning the wheels. The front fender rubs the wheel, and the front wheel wobbles. i'm debating returning the 2 bikes I bought. This is not the experience I hoped to have to bike with my kids

    Overall I know that I’m going to enjoy my new bike
    I love the color and the size of the seat it’s comfortable. But couldn’t ride it immediately because it was missing the seat lever components. Nuts washers etc see picture below didn’t have the parts to screw on the end of it to keep the seat from moving

    I love this bike!
    I’ve always wanted a Beach Cruiser and especially in my favorite color. Found this beauty at my local Walmart and had to buy it! It was the last one in stock too! The different shades of blue are so pretty. I got a lot of compliments on the color and the retro style, while riding my bike around. Front basket is very sturdy and holds a lot of stuff. Rear rack is handy and seems sturdy too. Brakes are a little weak, but that’s probably because it’s a cruiser and not a mountain bike. The seat is super comfy while riding. Overall, I haven’t had any problems with it and I’ve been riding it for weeks! I’m 5’5 and weigh about 135 lbs. I definitely recommend this bike!

    Bike arrived put together and completely rusted over, paint peeling off and the paper on the wheels yellowed and falling apart. looked like it had been outside for a year. walmart was very quick with my refund though.
