The bike arrived as scheduled. It came fully wrapped in plastic and cardboard. I expected it to cover damaged or parts missing but there was no damaged to the bike at all. Assembly was a breeze except for the brakes which needed some adjustment. The brakes were adjusted way too tight, otherwise the bike is awesome. So far I've only taken it for a quick spin around the block but it really picks up and go. For what I paid, this bike is just as good as the ones that cost twice the price. I've own a Stromer and Haibike, those motors are twice as powerful but 4x the price of what I paid for this bike. The Hyper feels incredibly sturdy, the welds are thick and the bike feels hefty. For the money, this bike can't be beat. I thought the bike look good in there picture, it looks even better in person The baby blue color really catches the eyes.

Rear wheel is warped.
Very disappointed It was my wife's Christmas present and after I finished assembling it, I find that the rear wheel is warped.

    Great bike !
    We got two bikes on Black Friday 2022. Yesterday was our first outdoor ride since we have had a long, snowy winter. Bike is great, it rides smooth , easy to change gears . The bike trail along the river by our home usually on a normal bike takes about one hour to compete. This time we were done in 10 minutes!! Packaging was amazing. Tons of wrapping and protection around the bikes! Assembly took a couple of hours but it's ok. One of the bikes was missing a couple of components, however, my husband went to the bike shop and got them. The other bike came with everything needed. So far- we love our purchase !!

    Lower price on day of delivery.

    Bike is good, shipping is WAY POOR!
    I liked the bike and what it had to offer. However, the shipping that Walmart used for my bike as VERY poor. When the bike arrived, the shipping carton was sturdy because it was patched together with other pieces of cardboard, and held together with lots of packing tape. When the patches were taken off, it was obvious that the bike had been in a major hit with the carton having large holes poked in it, as well as a long gash along the side. Both fenders were dented, the rear one to the extent that it was rubbing on the tire all the time. The end result was that I was able to put it together, but it was missing some important components, namely the battery key to aid in removal from the bike frame, a charger for the batter, a couple of washers for the front axle to secure the front wheel from coming off the fork, (of all things) pedals. The return process was easy enough with the exception of getting it to the local Walmart store. But once there, there was no hassle. Having said all that, the bike was good for it's price, but Walmart should be ashamed of how this bike was shipped.

    Great ebike for the price
    This is our first ebike purchase and we are not disappointed, purchased 2 bikes, very easy to assemble (maintenance mechanic) Lol great price for entry level ebike! If your on the fence about this ebike, go for it, you will not be disappointed! We travel (camp) often and this bike is our new toy to take along!

    Hyper electric 700c e bike
    This is a great bike. The power assist didn't work at first. We contacted the manufacturer with a tole free number found in the owners manual. They sent me a easy to follow video. With a small adjustment it now works perfect. Don't be afraid of the very low price as the quality is good.

    This bike drives great. Going 25 mph on a bicycle is a new sensation, I like it. The forks could be more sturdy but I am definitely getting what I paid for with this product. The front wheel well assembly arrived damaged, and the front wheel arrived out of true, so I had to get the wheel repaired at the the local bike mechanic. I messaged Hyper Bicycles and they are sending me a new part free of charge! Their initial response time was fifteen minutes! I was able to order the part the same day as my inquiry! They say it will be here within 3-5 business days! I am impressed so far. 5 stars very good.

    SHIPPING WAS CONFUSING[IE COVID;I GUESS] , AFTER IT GOT HERE ASSEMBLY A LITTLE BIT OF A TASK ,HOWEVER ,KID RODE IT ONE TIME SO FAR SEEMS TO BE OK , SO FOR THE PRICE A GOOD BIKE, IF IT KEEPS GOING. ALSO IF YOUR OF LIMITER HEALTH IT CAN GET YOU SOME EXERCIZE WITHOUT TOO MUCH STRAIN.

    Great E-Bike for cruising around the city
    This is a great beginner E-Bike !! Bought these for my wife and I ( 39 and 43 years of age ) to cruise around the city, riverbed, and beach.. Had them both for about a month with no issues Pros: -Aluminum Frame -Shimano Components ( Take back bike if they send Falcon Components … Falcon is horrible ) -Surprisingly good brakes for rim brakes -Machined Alloy Wheels -Comfortable Grips -Upright Seat position is so comfortable -Good Power with the Peddle Assist Cons: -Saddle is like a rock - Quil Stem Headset -Chain Guard is junk -Pedals are small -No Quick Release on Wheels All in all I would recommend this to any one who wants to cruise around the city and see if an ebike is for you… At 398.00 you really don't have a lot to loose
