Good bed and sleeping better
I weigh around 150 pounds and it sleeps comfortably for me and I sleep on my side. I think I would like to get a topper when I can just for extra soft support on my hips but I'm really happy with the mattress and I've been able to sleep much better (I was sleeping on the floor before). I think if you're used to nicer mattresses you may not like it but if you don't have money for a mattress and just need a place to put your head, or a kids bed, this will do nicely. It also did get to a height of 6 inches. Mattress shopping was more stressful than I imagined I hope this review can help!

NOT HAPPY
This mattress did not expand correctly and not 10” it is only 7” at his highest point which is the center. The corners didn't even expand out. It's been expanding for 5 days now. We heated the room up and crawled then walked on it to try and break the gel up as suggested in other reviews. Nothing worked. Very disappointed. Would like a refund.

    Don't waste your money!
    This mattress is horrible. It offers no back support. Though it is listed as firm, it is not. While it's normal for memory foam to contour to your body, this one doesn't, it just sinks. It's like sleeping on a curve. It causes severe back pain. It's more difficult to show how it sinks when laying down, but I've attached images of what it does even just sitting on it. I reached out to the company -LUCID- and they offered no assistance, claiming that “comfort was not a defect” and softening was normal, as if I didn't understand how memory foam should work. I do not recommend purchasing this mattress.

    No longer a Lucid fan
    Very disappointed and nothing I can do about it. We bought this mattress because we bought a Lucid mattress June 2021 for our guest room. We absolutely loved it. It filled out almost immediately and had been the best mattress we've ever had. We needed a new one for our room so we immediately chose to get another Lucid. I will never buy another one. This one has been sitting for over 48 hours. I have tried all the tips and tricks the company has listed for other reviews with this issue. I walked on it with clean socks. We turned a heater on it in the room to warm it up. We purchased a 8” and it had barely got above 6-6.5” overall. There's a few spots it's close to 7. It is uneven and has a crease in the center that just won't rise up. The box was awful and when we opened it we were a little concerned. We can't wait any longer and have to sleep on it. We can't get it back in the box to initiate a return and we need a bed asap. I was trying to save money going this route and now we just have another expense. Sad to say buyer beware but unfortunately I can't recommend buying this mattress.

    Does not fill out properly
    Very dissatisfied! I use these type of mattresses for rentals, and change them out often. I put this one in one of our rentals in September. It's now December, and I am currently working on this rental between tenants. The mattress, 3 months later is still NOT fully inflated.

    Foam did not fully expand
    I like the quality of the foam. The only problem is it did NOT FULLY EXPAND. The 4 edges did not expand although we left if for more than 48 hrs!!! So this product only gets 3 stars from me.

    DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED - BUYER BEWARE
    I generally do not submit negative reviews - but I am very frustrated with this entire process. I recently purchased a Lucid Gel Foam Queen Mattress (14") after needing a mattress for a while. The mattress box was delivered completely damaged/shredded - the photo does not do it justice - I wish I took more. So I have no booklet or manufacturer info if it was supposed to come with one. The mattress itself also would not fully expand even after 3 days of being left alone - photo attached. I'm not sure if it's from the delivery issue, or a combination effort from a manufacturing issue. With the box being completely torn up from delivery, and having the mattress expand for several days - I have no way to return this item. Walmart or Lucid are not offering any replacements or partial refunds unless I find a way to get the mattress back to a store in a box. I'm very disappointed with this experience overall.

    WRONG SIZE. Not queen.
    Ordered a queen mattress. It's not a queen size at all!!! The box was labeled as "Queen short." Laid it on the queen mattress I bought, look how much space is left at the bottom; there's also a good four inches of empty space on the opposite side of the bed. It's the completely wrong size, and I can't return it because I can't vacuum seal it back into a box. I'm extremely displeased with this product and the false advertising.

    This Mattress disappointed me.
    Mattress does not fully expand even after 4 days. Please see the images. Look like I received used mattress. I received broken box and I don't know how to pack it back. I am trying to return it, but Fedex says they don't pick opened mattress. Its disappointed me.

    I bought a king size mattress which on the label it is informed that the final mattress size is 75 inches but it is 72 inches and consequently it is less than the bed where it should be filling… in short, I am very dissatisfied with this mattress and sorry for making this purchase. despite having good evaluation from other buyers, the mattress is horrible.

    Do Not Buy!
    After leaving it to expand for a week, it's completely uneven and not fully expanded. The recommendation was to use a space heater or leave it in the sun, or massage it. What a waste! Now I will have to return it to Walmart and find something fast for my elderly father's apartment in Assisted Living. Super disappointed.
