Good Buy!
First and foremost I want to commend Customer Service for a job GREAT done!! When I found out I was missing a piece I immediately called Customer Service. They said the part may take some weeks to get here but they assured me they would send it when it shipped in. Throughout the waiting process they answered my delivery questions promptly and professionally. It did take a few weeks but an email came in with the tracking number and now all is well. The patio set works perfectly for me. Not too crazy about the 2 decorative throw pillows so I made new covers for them and it worked out nicely. Comfortable, easy to clean, I recommend this patio set.

The cushions do not stay in place. The pillows in the back are too short to protect your back from the furniture. Not all screw holes lined up. The vendor for this product would not allow a return. We were disappointed in this product.

    So Happy with We Purchased this Patio Set!
    I LOVE my SEGMART Outdoor Patio Deck Sectional Sofa Set. Early every morning I let the cat out and take my coffee outside to sit on my SEGMART sofa. The cushions are firm and very comfortable. The set is gray, not beige, but I like how the color looks with our other outdoor furniture. When it “rained” several days ago, the water just rolled off the pillows. I like how I can arrange the furniture in different configurations. I'm not a handyman so my neighbor put the set together for me. I'm so happy with this set. I'm really glad we purchased it!

    We love it.
    We love it. It was only missing one screw and that's not enough to lower my review, the set is still very sturdy. It fits our deck nicely and now we can lounge out back there and really enjoy our new house. Seats are a little low but we're all shorties in this family lol so no biggie. Throw pillows are lacking significant puff but those can easily be replaced down the line. Assembly was easy once you got the hang of it, remember not to tighten any of the screws until you have the piece assembled.

    Best price I could find anywhere for a set this large and I could not have asked for better packaging, shipping or directions! The wicker and cushions all appear to be high quality and I expect them to last a long time. All pieces fit together properly, holes all aligned, etc. Having a table that can alternately be a cushioned ottoman is a big plus! Highly recommend!

    This item was very sturdy and really nice looking. I saw saw a few reviews that said it was hard to assemble. I disagree Like most products, you have to have a little patience. I will admit that the included tool could be better. If you take the time to get a hex key on a socket, you could assemble in 15 min probably. Also, you should only start and snug the bolts at first and go back and tighten at the end to give the product room to shift. This allows all the bolts to line up with ease. All the bolts are the same size, which enhances the ease of assembly and all panels are clearly labeled. I would recommend this patio set to everyone.

    This is a great set for our deck and patio
    This is a great set for our deck and patio. I'm really surprised at how good the quality is for such a low price. It is about a third of the price we paid for a similar set last year at the same quality and comfort. Assembly took about an hour, mainly because there are just a lot of screws for each piece. But the instructions were easy to follow and everything fit really well. The package also came really well put together and all the parts were intact and protected.

    Easy to assemble and sturdy furniture
    I was pleased with this purchase. The item came in 4 boxes and easy to follow instructions. It took me about 40 mins to assemble all the pieces together and ready to sit and relax. The furniture is quiet sturdy as well and the pillows are soft. I would recommend this set to anyone looking to get an outdoor patio set. This fit perfectly under my new 12x12 gazebo that I just built.

    Small, uncomfortable, flimsy and the worst cushions ever. The cushions slide all over the place, the pillows always fall down, and the pieces move apart from one another. Also, the backrest pillows are not tall enough, making the couch uncomfortable. To reinforce I had to use velcro on the cushions and pillows, and I had to buy brackets to hold all of the sofa pieces together.

    The cushions are very thick, and the armrests of the sofa look relatively thick, and the overall coordination. It looks more business atmosphere. The texture of the coffee table is good!

    The rattan sofa is very good, comfortable and stable. It is too comfortable to sit on and chat and drink tea. At first, I didn't have much hope for the online shopping. I didn't expect this online shopping to be super successful. The customer service is very responsible and strictly controls the quality. , Come here to buy it next time.
