So disappointed!!!!
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 12 year old and it stop charging after 2 days. We charged it as recommended by the manufacturer, but on Dec 27, 2021 it appeared to be charging but after a few short seconds on it will beep really fast and almost eject you off. This device was defective and we can't return as we traveled to the Bahamas via boat and the airline did not allow us to take it back to return. He is crushed. Pretty nice gift but ruined by the short time he had.

    Employee who assisted me was very pleasant and helped me take it up to the register. It was an angled tree gift for a child so I'm sure they loved it. My grandkids love there's.

    Horrible Battery Life
    I took my son outside to ride this hoverboard, and it died after 15 minutes. Do not waste your money!!

    Unable to turn it back on
    Charged it up as stated for 6 hours prior to use however it turned off after 15 min of my son riding and is unable to turn back on. Disappointing since it was an early Easter gift for him.

    Stinks!!
    We love the board. However, I don't know if these are stored in a smokeshop!! Opening the box was like dumping wet ash trays in the house. It stunk up the whole room. Need to fix that!

    Bummer
    Worked on Christmas Day was broken the next day. Such a bummer. We love razor products and was highly disappointed that the Hoover board shorted out and stopped working.

    missing charger
    charger not included ? instructions say that there is a chrager included but there isnt one in the box. Razor website says they are closed until January 4th....

    Bad design
    Watch the charger, it has a design flaw. The end that goes in the unit is tiny compared to the part attache and can snap off if bumped while charging. 90 day warranty, costs $20 for a new one plus the wait.
