It is a great little laptop so far lol. I got this laptop to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The battery life is said to be about 9 hours however I disagree. On my first day I went to Central Park with a fully charged battery to speak with AppleCare on the phone to help set it up since it was my first Apple laptop. I was on the laptop and on the phone with AppleCare from about 10am-2pm basically adjusting the settings menu, downloading songs on iTunes and then had a video Zoom meeting with my work colleagues. The laptop battery dropped down to 2% about 15 minutes into the meeting. Therefore I feel that battery may not of been what I expected it to be. Please also note that the laptop did not come with the latest MacOS operating system. AppleCare said that I would have to go into the App Store and download the latest MacOS operating system; this is about a 40 min download on high speed internet. AppleCare says that when you have the most up to date operating system it would allow more advance features and widgets, same with an iPhone. In the iPhone you would need to go into the settings menu to download and then press the install to get the most updated operating system whereas the MacBook Air you would go into the App Store. I thought the backlit keyboard was a very cool looking thing to have. The web camera looks great on high speed internet. Audio sounds great too. The physical condition of the laptop itself had one very small blemish but seriously not an issue at all and hardly noticeable (picture included with this review). The laptop came with a protective hard shell case on the laptop itself which I have also included a picture of with this review (about a $15-$20 item on Amazon), Bluetooth headset, and a mouse although it did not come with a mouse pad. But even though the laptop came with a mouse it is definitely something not needed since the MacBook Air is so easy to guide using your fingertips. The images on the screen seem great. I really feel that for the $515 price it is a great deal for a MacBook Air. In conclusion aside from that battery incident and not having the most updated operating system there is nothing else major to report; no regrets!

    Arrived fast, efficient and was convenient to order. Obviously there are dings here and there but otherwise quite efficient for a refurbished MacBook. Didn't like that it came without the box, BUT all the parts needed for the product arrived and were protected.
