The Mac Pro was ridiculously slow. Several “burn holes” in the screen. Too many scratches on the cover, chipped by the power button. The mouse was all banged up and it didn't work even when I put in brand new batteries. I sent the laptop back the next day. Extremely disappointed.

    Thought it would be a good deal
    I ordered a computer bundle from here, received only the computer 2 days late and the computer is locked stating” University of Tennessee at Martin” and will not allow me to use the computer. Seller responses are lacking to say the least. Smh

    I was all happy and excited to receive my laptop and the goods that came with it until i noticed one earphone wire was already broke my bottom part of my screen not even connected so I'm hoping to have it fixed or they can refrund me cause how you send someone damaged equipment Walmart or whomever their getting these laptops from needs to check them before shipping them to people wasting their time and money I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase it I've just received it Wednesday evening and it came damaged. I haven't had any problems besides my screen being damaged. Walmart do better stop wasting people time and money.

    I knew this laptop was refurbished however once I received it, it was damaged on the mouse part. I called up Walmart to see If I can get some kind of credit, being that I still want this laptop I have someone who can fix it. I emailed the seller and he/she said for me to send it back and they will fix it for free however I'm not wasting my time printing out a label and having to ship it out because I feel like the seller knew it was damaged before sending it out to me. on Wlamarts website there are pictures but not damaged. I know it did not get damaged during the shipping. I will never order from this company again. I'm on the 7th day trying to get some kind of credit off my balance and the shipper doesn't want to work with me. pathetic. top picture is on Walmarts website, bottom picture is what I took once I received it.

    This was old MacBook Pro, it didn't take any updates and you can't put in any new app, so overall I didn't like it and I have returned this item. I don't recommend any body to buy this.

    DO NOR ORDER!!!
    I had to return the laptop due to it not working properly. It's been over three weeks and no one will let me know if/when I will receive a replacement. I'm extremely upset as this was a birthday gift for my child.

    The item looked like it belongs in the garbage
    The screen had chips in the glass, the keyboard was dented it looked like it belonged in the garbage, very disappointed cause this was post to be a Christmas gift

    Definitely Recommend!
    I love this computer! I haven't had any problems with it. Took a little while to get used to the new flatter keyboard, and one of the things I'm not ecstatic about is that it does make quite a bit of noise when typing. It also has an amazing battery life.

    Worth It!
    This is my Third MacBook! And I have found them all to be standard in terms of user-friendliness, super easy to navigate, and generally simple to troubleshoot. This MacBook is impressively fast, and has way more storage capacity, so I don't need to worry about large files or applications taking up all my space.
