    Great product for a great price.
    I like the price. the quick delivery, and the monitor looks and functions like brand new! I recently got a new desktop computer but needed a second monitor to access my old computer easily. This solved my problem for a very reasonable price.

    Easy installation.
    My old monitor 'died' and this refurbished monitor was a perfect match using the same type of cords. I simply connected it and my computer's 'found new hardware' window opened. It only took a few mouse clicks, following the instructions, and the replacement monitor was accepted. It works just fine and cost much less than buying a new monitor.

    Best packaging of fragile items I've ever seen!
    I was a little nervous about having a computer monitor shipped from Texas to Tennessee but upon receipt of the monitor, I realized I was worried for nothing. Not only was this item shipped quickly, the packaging of this monitor was the best I've ever seen and I've worked in electronics, etc for many years. Kudos to this company for taking the time and the expense to package and ship fragile items properly.

    Much too old...I missed the fact that it was VGA only (no HDMI capability of course)...so my work computer (surprise surprise) has no VGA. Worthless to me. Color / brightness way off. Not worth it at all.

    We ordered this item on a Thursday and received it the following Saturday, two days before scheduled delivery. We were replacing a very similar model. This does not appear to be refurbished at all. It appears new. Great service and product.

    HAMS take note
    The used monitor is in excellent condition and a nice addition to my Dell laptop. Problem is, which may not affect most, is RF from my HF radio jams the appearance. Ive tried ferrite chokes, chassis ground and nothing works. I have no other problem with RF energy and am bothered by it on this monitor. If Im not transmitting then no problem, monitor is fine.
