It was boxed very well. there was protected stuffing all around that really protected the screen/monitor. it's It was protected with great packing stuff. It was the right size with very clear picture. I like it. wish it was touch screen but for the money it is worth every dime. Very Pleased with this item.

Not worth your time or money
This is a broken item not referbished. My screen has a quarter size scratch in it and the screen has no picture in this area and color around the area is not right. This is just not acceptable

    Old Equipment
    Monitor was old, made in 2008 and also a VGA monitor which was not in the description. Even with an HDMI adapter it would not work on my 2019 laptop. However, the supplier, Discount Computer Depot, was very nice and send a return label for me so I didn't pay return shipping. Thus 3 stars vs. 1.

    This was a great price- it was packaged well but arrived with the plastic frame around the screen damaged in many places. I returned it- No reply from seller after email and phone call.

    Great price and value
    Overall, it is just what I needed for 2nd screen. I didn't read it correctly, so I had to order a HDMI to VGA cord so I could connect to my laptop, but no big deal. For the price of this monitor, its perfect. Similar screen to my laptop, and side by side it makes my work much easier.

    there's a discoloration on the screen!
    Not great. it has a black spot on the screen and it wasn't even wiped before packing! all dusty and dirty. you get what you pay for huh.

    Great deal overall.
    This was a great purchase overall. I Purchased it so that I could have a door monitors from home while working. There were only two minor scratches to the monitor. The scratches did not present a problem. I would purchase again. I am only returning because we are returning to the office.
