Refurbished isn't so bad!!
This is a great refurbished computer and most definitely can't go wrong on the price. There wasn't a thing wrong with it and performance is spot on, can handle any program I've run on it.

This computer sucks!! I have had it for 6 months. It came with the wrong adapter and wrong battery, I can't use it when it's unplugged, and it's programmed with windows 7 which is no longer in dell's database. Now I have to spend more money on another computer and I'm going to fail my class because I can't get it running.

    I was expecting a portable laptop. this thing is huge, the mouse pad is off to one side. very dated trying to figure out how to return and buy a new one

    I like that it is DELL. I don't like that windows 10 will not let me turn off airplane mode! So I can log in to the internet.

    Wonderful Laptop
    The Laptop is great! The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars is because the hard drive had to be replace. The company was fast in getting it replace and super friendly. Thank you all for your help!!!!

    The computer is great, after making adjustments to the setup. Nice speed and efficiency. However, this item went on unannounced sale the day after I purchased it, and before I received it. I was told by customer service the the 3rd party seller would be in touch with me within 24 hours. A week later, I have heard NOTHING...

    Near perfect laptop
    Very nice laptop in near new condition. The only issue I have seen is that the Wifi indicator light does not work. Other than that I am very happy with the purchased. I would be curious to know if this is supposed to be working per the factory, or if indicator lights are not part of the refurbishment process. All in all a good deal though and the performance is awesome!
