An unsatisfied customer
Had to return this item. The model looked older than what was advertised. The color was very bad despite efforts to adjust. I have purchased refurbished electronics in the past from Walmart and have been very satisfied. This one was very disappointing.

    The refurbishing is bad.
    On the keyboard, the T, Y, [ , ] , Tab, Mute, Left Shift keys do not work. Because of this, I cannot enter logins and passwords.

    Worth it
    I've only had for about a week. But it seems to be a really great laptop for the price I paid. It was definitely better looking than I expected.

    Good laptop for personal use. Great price ! Ease of access to all I need. My only complaint is the packaging it came in . Packed very loosely. Not Walmart's fault but the third party they go through. Need to be more selective , Walmart.

    Awesome Chromebook.
    When I got my Chromebook, all I had to do was sign into my Google account and I was set to go! It is light weight. Very functional with no lags, even when streaming video while editing in Google docs. My son uses it to edit youtube videos and to do school work on. It has a long battery life. There are ports on each side. I've been using for a week and have no complaints!
