Overall very good, worth it at under $150
A bit difficult to put together by oneself, as one of the metal connectors on the back was awkwardly angled. There's not a whole lot of lumbar support, and the tilt even when fully relaxed is pretty stiff (can't move back super easily), but I personally am quite pleased. That being said, I don't think it would be very good for someone with a larger frame, as the chair itself is fairly narrow and is on the smaller side.

Poor Quality It Broke
The chair lasted about a month. The little pod that is welded that holds the wheel in the base broke. I called their customer service line which is true innovations. They sent me a new base which was cool but I couldn't get the piece that raises it up and down out of the old base. I watched YouTube videos, used WD40 and it still won't budge. I called customer service back and told them what happened. The guy says he sending me some videos to watch on how to get the piece out. The videos are the same methods I tried. Don't buy this chair.

    Easy to assemble, came early.
    Lots of reviews said it was difficult to assemble with even two people. I am in my mid-sixties and slender but I had it out of the box and put together in less than a half hour by myself. Perhaps some chairs don't line up as well. This is a nice chair. I wanted a chair that had less an "office look". My only concern in getting the ivory color is maybe I should spray a protective on the fabric to make sure it stays clean. That doesn't seem to be part of the cloth finish. My order came two days early and I am quite happy so far.

    PERFECT AND COMFORTABLE
    I am 5ft so I needed a desk chair that has great height and very cushioning. This chair took about 20 mins to put together and is very easy to utilize. I love that it can recline and swim swiftly. I can sit in the chair and game or do work for hours without back pain. And I constantly have back pain but this chair is very comfortable and supportive. Great buy! It is also very sturdy! The lilac color is even more beautiful in person!

    I needed a comfortable chair to work from home in for the foreseeable future. This one caught my eye with the Serta name because I hoped it would be comfortable and good for my low back pain. It was very easy to assemble - ready to go in 5 minutes. The beige color is beautiful. Comfortable so far and not one of those eyesore office chairs from an office supply store! Great chair.

    Feminine and comfortable
    LOVE my chair. I needed a comfortable chair where i could sit for at least 8 hours a day since I'm working from home now. So far it seems very comfortable but only time will tell. I was looking for something not too "office" looking but also comfortable and this was perfect. Only thing is the color is NOTHING like that on the picture. I ordered the Graphite, which looks black on the picture but in reality it is more of a dark grey. I was originally looking for a dark grey chair but they were sold out and i gambled on this color... Lucky for me it worked out!

    I got this chair in a rose color and it was the perfect accent piece for my bedroom. Can be used as a desk chair or a stationary chair
