LOVE IT!!!!
I received Zinus Suzanne Metal and Wood Platform Bed with Headboard. I am absolutely in love with this bed frame. Honestly the Zinus brand never disappoints. I appreciate that the style can either be rustic or sleek and modern. The actual assembly was very fast and the instructions were easy to understand. I appreciate that the tools are included. This platform and headboard are very well made and I love how sturdy it is. I definitely recommend.

I like the bed frame. What really bothers me is that it came damaged and by the time I notice, i have the box torn open, pieces everywhere and its too much of a pain to put it all back in the box, haul it to a fed ex location to return the dang thing. The damage itself isnt horrible but it looks like whomever boxed it, noticed it and just shoved wood glue/putty in it.

    10/10 recommend Awesome features, unbeatable price
    Looks great, solid built, no play/creaking etc, comes with a ratcheting allen key which Id never seen before (awesome!) velcro strips for the slats is awesome idea (I flipped the bed up on its side to move through a door and didn't even have to take off the slats). Price is unbeatable 10/10 would recommend.

    I love the frame it self, not completely solid, but for 2 smaller people and a dog it works fine. Very low to the ground.

    This item came with damage. The metal part had a big dent even though the box was in good shape. Called Walmart and reported it but all they offered was a refund and to return it.

    Great choice. It all comes in a smartly packed flat box, it is very easy to assemble (I did it myself, with no additional help from other individuals), I like the design, seems durable and Esaú to maintain

    Almost Perfect
    I like almost everything about the Zinus Suzanne 37" platform bed frame. Two of us put together using the easy instructions easily. The wood color matched the pictures online which I was glad to see. The metal frame was the perfect size and weight for a bed. The were only two things that we found dissappointing: The weight of the packaging. It was too heavy fo a 66 y/o woman to lift alone, and my daughter couldn't either. The delivery was left laying flat at the front door. It was so heavy that we couldn't lift it or roll it to get it in the house. The second disappointment was the height of the frame base. I've had a platform bed before but its base was much taller. I did consider the measurements when ordering the frame and changed my mattress purchase from a 10" to a 12" to accommodate it but it's still too low. It is a comfortable chair height with the 12" mattress but it looks like a juvenile bed. Although I didn't want it too high for my grandkids it is the guestroom bed for adults. A taller mattress is required for this frame. I'm just a little disappointed about that. The base could be 4" HIGHER.

    The wrong hardware kits inside
    Using 2 hours to assemble it, but failed, finally find out the hardware kits inside is wrong! Is anyone can send me the correct one? Missing the long 4 bolts, some extra.

    Gorgeous bed and very sturdy. Exactly as pictured. Zinus beds are so well made that my last 3 beds I've purchased are Zinus beds. Amazing quality and great price. So happy with my purchase.

    Super easy to assemble
    We were expecting to spend over an hour to put this bed together but after laying all the pieces out (see picture), it was a breeze. Each piece has labels with numbers on them, you just need to screw them in and that was it. Since it's metal, it's really stable. The legs has plastic cushions so it won't damage your floor if you need to push the bed in place. It's perfect for our queen memory foam mattress.
